From technical managers to leaders capable of coordinating, deciding, and moving their teams forward. Egile launched a program to develop the leadership of its production managers, with a clear objective: improving coordination, trust, and the real functioning of teams.
The challenge
After several structural changes, a common challenge appeared in industrial environments: people with great technical skills but difficulties leading teams.
This translated into lack of coordination, difficulty collaborating between areas, and uncertainty when assuming leadership responsibilities.
The challenge was not to deliver one-off training, but to generate a real and sustained development process.
Actions
We designed and facilitated a leadership development program that included:
- Regular in-person sessions focused on key leadership skills
- Individual sessions at the beginning and end of each cycle
- Practical challenges between sessions applied to everyday work
- Reflection spaces focused on real team situations
- Visits to other companies to broaden perspectives and generate shared learning
Manahmana’s contribution
Beyond designing the program, our role was to support a living process, adapted to what was happening within the organization.
We worked through continuous listening, adjusting the approach according to the real needs of participants.
We facilitated spaces of trust where issues that are not usually brought to the table could be addressed, and we helped transform difficulties into learning opportunities and improvement proposals.
This was not about delivering training, but about generating a development process integrated into everyday work.
Results
- Managers with greater clarity and confidence in their leadership role
- Improved coordination and collaboration between teams
- More connected and engaged teams
- Direct application of learning in everyday work
- A sustained process over time with real organizational impact
